The apartment is completely equipped for 4 persons; 2 x double-bedroom, 2x bathroom, living room, complete kitchen, air-condition and heating; 2 terraces (1 covered), little garden. The pool lies in the middle of the residence. Of course you have sea view. Bed linen can be rented (40,- /2 weeks/ 4 persons). Final cleaning obligatory (70,-). Washing machine inclusive. Under the terrace is a small creek, the sandy beach of Canyamel approx. 10 minutes walk. Within Canyamel you find all shops, a bank and several nice restaurants. Big shops are in Capdepera, Cala Ratjada and Son Servera (EROSKI). You find 4 x golf courses nearby( Canyamel, Capdepera, Pula Golf and Son Servera). 18 tennis-courts, clay in Canyamel. Only 2 bigger hotels are present. SPA: Pula Golf Resort Hotel near Son Servera or Sillot Hotel in Cala Ratjada.

Big food-purchases in stores in Capdepera, Arta, Cala Ratjada or Cala Millor. 16 tennis courts (clay) in Canyamel. 4 x golf courses within 10 km: Cnayamel-, Capdepera-, Pula-, Son Servera golf.

Sandy beaches: rent period: from Friday, 16.00 arrival till Friday 11.00 departure, 2 weeks minimum welcome, exeptions are possible upon agreement. Mietzeiten: Von Freitag 16.00 Ankunft bis Freitag 11.00 Abfahrt, 2 Wochen minimum. Ausnahmen nach Absprache möglich.

Ein Haus am Meer am Ende der Strasse

Sehr gemütlich im spanischen Stil eingerichtete Wohnung mit üppiger Ausstattung. Viel Platz durch zwei Terrassen und kleinem Garten auch für 4 Personen. Die nicht so ganz so gute Aussicht wird durch teilweise schattenspendende Bäume entschädigt. Deshalb ist die Hitze auch im Hochsommer gut zu ertragen. Dadurch auch uneinsehbar von Nachbarhäusern. Beschreibung vom Vermieter ist korrekt. Traumhaft auch die kleine Badebucht unterhalb der Wohnung. Vorm Frühstück mal kurz ins Meer ohne lange Wege! Strand und Einkaufszentrum ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung über kleinen Pfand am Meer entlang entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nicht einsam. 2mal am Tag kommt das Boot von Cala Rajada und bringt Besucher für die Grotte von Artá.
