EastShore is an elegant lakefront home nestled in a quiet, deep-water cove on Lake Keowee. Enjoy the secluded quietness of nature and the songs of birds under the canopy of trees! Yet, you're only a few miles away from life's conveniences such as the neighborhood gas station and grocery stores.

This Non-Smoking home boasts a 22 foot ceiling in the great room and a 34-foot by 12-foot deck overlooking the lake off the main floor. A private double-level boat dock rests in the cove below, with easy access to the boat ramp across the bay. An additional 10 x 16 foot deck rests down near the dock and the water.

The master bedroom loft has a king bed and bunk beds, and overlooks the great room on the main level below. Two large bedrooms are on the main floor with two bedrooms on the lower level. A separate sleeping alcove is tucked into the corner of the family room on the lower level. The family room has an additional refrigerator and a ping pong table, games for all ages and a large DVD library of movies.

This home is perfect for a small family or a large group. The rooms are large and flowing but still allow for individual space to 'get away' when needed.

There is Direct TV on all three levels of the house, a gas fireplace is located in the den on the main floor, and WiFi internet access throughout the property. A fully stocked kitchen and house awaits your vacation arrival.

Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday there is a large Flea Market about 2 miles from the house off Highway 183. If you like Flea Markets, there is something for everyone here!

Saturday evenings in Pickens, SC (10 minute drive) there is a live rodeo that features bull riding, etc.

Clemson is about a 10 minute drive ... great to see the campus, botanical gardens, historic sites within the area or stay at the house for a Clemson Football Weekend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well appointed.
Plenty of room for everyone. The deck on the lake was very relaxing.
Owner was very responsive to all messages and was accomodating
Kitchen area is very accomodating for feeding a large group.

We did not have to worry about anything.

Would strongly recommend

The property was in a beautiful setting, house was well maintained and very comfortable. Great for families, for us it was perfects. We came into town for our sons graduation and instead of staying at a boring hotel in town we were able to create wonderful memories of this special time by staying at this perfect home. You will not be disappointed.

Great house with perfect lake access

The house was a perfect size for and few friends and me to gather for a mini Clemson reunion. It was a bit of a drive to Clemson, but being on lake Keowee was definitely worth it. The 2-level dock was perfect for long warm days on the lake and the cove was very quiet and plenty deep enough for swimming. It couldn't have been a more relaxing weekend on the lake. Thanks to Sue for all her help along the way!
