Couple + 2...A good fit.

Great location with beautiful view of the lake. The accommodations were warm and cozy and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed drinking coffee early in the morning on the deck while the geese, ducks and humming birds began their day. The views were incredibly peaceful...we saw deer almost every time we drove in and out of the condominium entrance. Sunsets are beautiful, and one of the best views of the sun setting behind the mountains is from the pool.
The condo was a great size for the four of us, we put the boys on the fold out couch. The dvd's and Wii game system kept everyone entertained during "inside time". We found the condo to have everything we needed during our stay, including guides, flyers and magazines about Hot Springs attractions.
Each day we enjoyed swimming in the pool before we took a quick drive to Magic Springs, the Alligator Farm, the Science museum, the Mountain Tower, Garvan Gardens and other local attractions. There was more fun stuff to do than you could get to in a week...great food, too! In addition to great restaurants in town, we ate several meals at the Red Oak Fillin' Station...awesome home cooking!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and felt completely prepared for our arrival based on the owner's sharing of detailed information and recommendations. (places to eat, shop and visit) We plan to stay again soon. This condo is right on the water...any closer to the water and you're wet! If you have a boat, bring it...you can throw a rock and hit the covered boat house from the condo.
