Extra large, spacious 1800 Square Feet 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Property that’s located one house from the corner. It has a great open floor plan. The outside deck has seating for 10. The location is ideal: a short walk to the guarded beaches at 22Nd Street and around the corner from a Blitz market, Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream Parlor. Get on the famous OC boardwalk at 22nd street and bike-ride or walk to your favorite shops, restaurants or the World Famous Amusement Pier which all begin on 14th street. Plus there is a very nice bike path that runs right behind West Avenue and heads up to the Nature Preserve around 30th and Haven Streets. Basketball and Tennis courts and a Baseball field can be found a few blocks away on 19th street. The property has an extra wide and long garage with plenty of storage space plus addition off street parking as well.
