LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - being this close to Yosemite is a travelers dream.

Our home and property, located in the quaint town of Midpines, it is conveniently located between Yosemite National Park on Highway 140 and Historical downtown Mariposa.

Our home sits on nearly 8 acres of tree'd property. The neighborhood is very quiet and you will be able to enjoy your privacy and seclusion. WIldlife includes, deer, turkeys, rabbits and quail.

Additional Amenities included: Jacuzzi Spa on a secluded deck, Queen Size Air Mattress, Port-A-Crib and 4' above ground pool with Deck.

We have many seating areas to sit and relax with your family and friends. They are perfect for various times of the day, from sunrise to sunset.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of room to have the whole family around while cooking. It is well equipped with many appliances. Eating and Serving utensils are provided for all your cooking needs. Also available for your use are: coffee, tea, spices and a Complimentary Basket of Goodies.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and the Master Bathroom has a dual-head shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (sleeps 2 when trundle is being used) and assorted activities for kids and adults.

All linens and towels are provided for your use at no extra cost.

NEW: Jacuzzi 8 person spa on a private secluded deck.

The 4' deep x 18' round, above ground pool with a Sun Bathing Deck is FUN for the Whole Family!

Additional Amenities Include: Gas BBQ and Wi-fi. Personal items include: shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron and body wash, and many additional items to make your stay a pleasure. An ice chest is provided for your use.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The kids had tons of fun with the swimming pool and we everything was clean and well prepared for our stay. Even toys were available!

The only little concern is about the age of the house and the furniture overall. The pictures show the house in a very shiny way but it is a little bit darker in the real world. Some may like it - we did not like the 70ties style.

Overall Good for a 4 adult + 2 kids stay - worth the money!

Visit to Yosemite

Our family of 6 adults stayed in this lovely property as we were visiting Yosemite National Park. It was an hour's drive to the park but was well worth it. In the evenings we made good use of the barbeque, hot tub and pool.
The facilities were very clean and everything we needed was there so there was no need to contact the owners after our arrival. Arrival and departure were very relaxed as we were informed where to find the key and how to lock up.
We went white water rafting and visited Yosemite National Park and brought back many happy memories and fantastic photographs.
We would definitely recommend this property.

amazing house

we spent three days in the house and they were wonderful. everything is perfect. all we need for our vacation was there. the house was incredibly clean. I personally loved the kitchen, very spacious and well equipped, I love having breakfast when we could see deer through the windows. the rooms are spacious and clean. the water from the pool was incredibly clean and the kids love it very much, especially my son. the house is AMAZING we all loved it and want to return. We really enjoyed our stay, we spent a full day in Yosemite and it was so nice to have the full kitchen and clean pool to enjoy after all that hiking. We loved the quiet locale and it was only an hour from the park. The house was clean and the kitchen was nice and big with everything we needed. We slept well and would recommend to families in a heartbeat. Our first time using VRBO and we were not disappointed!
