  All rates subject to 13% Florida tax.
  Cleaning: $95 ( less than 6 nights)
  . $25 charge/day for pool heat. Pool heat are highly recommended from October through April.
  20 % Deposit due upon confirmation. Full payment due 10 weeks prior to stay. Cancellation fees apply.

  Check In/Check Out:
  
  Check in time – after 2 p.m. on arrival date. Check out time – by 11 a.m. on departure date. Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and no extra charge.
  
  Important:-Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.

• Booking Process:
  
  Please check our availability calendar for the period you are interested. A 20 % deposit due is payable at time of booking with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not paid, your reservation will be canceled and cancellation fee aply For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking.
  Cancellation Process:
  All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:
  - cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival date – loss of U$ 200.00
  - cancellation between 8 / 10 weeks - loss of U$ 300.00
  -cancellation less than 7 weeks- loss of 50% total coast
