The building has cable TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, stove, double bed, sofa bed, bed linen and bath and other home appliances, as well as furniture as photos of the ad. It is located in a bucolic island home with the same characteristics of a country town. On the Island, guests can avail services of restaurants, pizzeria, bars, bakery and free shuttle service with 24 boats (boats leave at approx. 5m and e'de crossing time 30 seconds). In addition, the island is located in Ocean Garden, which is considered the prime section of Barra da Tijuca and has the best services in the region, including banks, shopping malls, beach, fed trade, among which we highlight in Food: the Churracaria Porcão, Frontier Restaurant, Gero, La Mole, Borsalino, Duo, Outback. We are a 15 minute walk from Pepe beach and approximately 25 minutes drive from the RIO CENTER.
