The home has brand new hardwood flooring, carpet, custom knotty alder cabinets, chiseled edge granite slab counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms sport travertine counter tops with oil rubbed bronze fixtures. We are just a few feet away from the Pinetop Lakes Country Club which offers fantastic golf, tennis, and pickle ball. Walk right over and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the clubhouse which overlooks the 9th and 18th fairways of the golf course. All the best restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores and just 2 miles away in Pinetop. Sunrise Park Resort is just 30 minutes away and surrounded by nearly 50 lakes and streams perfect for fishing or relaxing by the water. Our family has been enjoying the white mountains for over 30 years. Its where I learned to play golf with my grandpa, fish, ride bikes, and build forts in the forest with my cousins. Now I get to take my own kids and see them do the exact same things I did as a kid and enjoy pinetop just as much as I did. Its a great place to just relax and unwind. Skiing is only 30 minutes away and for the adventurer, you can take off in any direction and be secluded within minutes. What makes this condo unique

Its so close to golf, fishing, hiking, skiing and everything outdoors. The best thing I find when being is Pinetop is hearing the wind through the pines and thats about all you hear. Its so quiet and peaceful.

This condo is wonderful for families! Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked, the bedrooms are nice and wireless internet also. Only 30 minutes from Sunrise and we enjoy the restaurants that were nearby, Rob was easy to work with and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing time! The beds are comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for skiing at Sunrise. Felt like home and we didn't want to leave. Definitely will be going back soon.
