We had visited Cape Coral a number of times and liked the fact that is it truly the Venice of Florida, great water ways, spectacular fishing, we have traveled all over the world and never seen such an array of wildlife and great fishing, there is so much to do in the area - and yet enjoy the villa too. It is ideally located in the middle of everything Florida has to offer Our kids love it too!

What makes this villa unique

We purchased this villa because of the awesome views - it was clearly one of the best water views we had seen - so much privacy on a triple lot - on a palm tree lined street - the home was very spacious and had all the amenities we wanted including an oversized lanai - which has 2 large covered areas for shade on those hot sunny days.

This is a large villa that offers great accommodation, with the master on one side of the house and the three other bedrooms on the other. Plenty of space in this big house which comes very well equipped. The pool area is also very big, with a large lanai and everything under a pool cage to keep the bugs away. The pool is solar heated and is bigger than the average. We loved our stay there, helped by the great view on the canal intersection.

Fabulous location on waterways

This tastefully decorated home overlooks a broad junction of saltwater canals and has what must be one of the very best settings in Cape Coral. The triple lot is beautifully landscaped and tall palms are outlined against the sky in every direction. The floor plan of the house is excellent with a family room off the large well equipped kitchen and an elegant living room for quiet reflection. Five locations for eating allow for variety : a formal dining room, a breakfast bar , a kitchen table and an adjacent patio table (with very comfortable seating) and another private table inside the huge lanai just above the water . The kitchen is very well equipped with a wide variety of pots and utensils. The beds are very comfortable and the linens of superior quality. The furnishings and decor are most appealing. We enjoyed our month long stay immensely and will miss the ibis, the turkey vultures and the burrowing owls and especially the flashes of leaping fish. The view will "flash upon that inward eye which is the bliss of solitude." Lunches and dinners at Rumrunners, The Joint and Bone Fish when we could tear ourselves away were very good and shopping at Bell Center and the Outlets was fun on the few cloudy days.

We just loved staying in your beautiful Villa - the views were incredible, the house was beautifully decorated and super clean! We enjoyed sitting at the dock and fishing - the pool was fabulous - kitchen was well equipped, we definitely will be coming back to stay at your Villa - as we have been to Cape Coral before but never stayed in such a lovely spot! We just loved our stay in your beautiful Villa! the location is spectacular - one of the nicest areas - enjoyed the large pool - kids didn't want to leave - your house is beautiful - very clean - and beautifully decorated! the pictures don't do it justice! We have stayed in Cape Coral before - but this was definitely the nicest Villa we have stayed in and great value considering the size of the home and the location! We look forward to coming back again next year! Loved watching the dolphins off the dock and so many other fish! Thank you!
