Relax in your own private in-ground swimming pool after a day on the beach. Lovely 5 bedroom home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Sea Point area of Brigantine located just 6 houses from the beach entrance. This two story shore home features a front porch and two large second floor decks with Atlantic City skyline views. The fenced back yard has a beautiful in-ground pool with attached kiddie pool. There are lounge chairs and dining tables around the pool with a large awning for shade or you can look out into the pool area from the large sun room with a wet bar. This home features an eat in kitchen, a separate dining room, a family room, a living room and a sunroom which leads to the pool. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom is on the main floor as well as a half bath. You will also find a laundry room on the first floor with a washer and dryer to use. There is also an outside shower. A great vacation home for families!
What makes this house unique

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through September!! June and September are beautiful months to be at the beach and they are still available at a lower rate!
