Situated on over an acre of land this house is modern and private. A lattice fence and mature privet protect the spacious back yard's pool, patios and gardens. The house is set back from the less traveled secondary road. No neighbors in sight.

A mile from the waterfront village center of Watch Hill is conducive to biking and walking to the village for meals, sailing, boating and beach activities.

Large interior common rooms that open to brick and stone patios are perfect for comfortable relaxation and parties.
