The listing was 100% accurate. The property was as clean as any luxury hotel would be. The owner, Art, was in quick contact with me throughout the process. Even during our stay, late in the evening on Friday we did encounter one question about the wi-fi network, and Art called us back promptly to help. There were no problems with the house at all.
Furthermore, it's clear that Art takes his property rental a step above & beyond what might normally be expected. Every small detail was accounted for. Basically any item that a renter might need was stocked somewhere in the house. Paper goods, toiletries, cookware, utensils, condiments, serving dishes, glassware, bath towels, beach towels ... we didn't need to bring a thing with us except some food.
We didn't even get to go to the beach as planned due to rain. But the location was central to Sag Harbor, Southampton, & Bridgehampton so that we had plenty to do. Took the kids to an awesome museum in the rain & spent time in all 3 towns. There was more to see & do in Easthampton but we didn't even need to venture out there.
110% I would recommend staying here. I will again on my next trip.
