Condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4-6

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, pharmacy, CPI school, etc.. Two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a large private terrace. The small condo complex has 12 condos, swimming pool and jacuzzi. This condo is fully furnished and perfect for weekly rentals and also a great property for a long term rental. The location is without a doubt the best in Flamingo.

The master bedroom has a king bed, outside balcony, a/c, ceiling fan and private bath with shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a/c, and ceiling fan. There is an additional bathroom with shower.

The living area has cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen has been totally updated with granite counter top, new cook top and microwave oven.

The best feature of the condo besides the great location, is the wonderful outdoor terrace for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying the beauty of the Flamingo area.
