Ocean Beaches, Train Station and Town of East Hampton are all within few miles from the house

Enjoy your summer in this sunny 4 bedroom (2 en suite) 3 bath home. Two levels of living space with an open living/dining/kitchen area and three bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs, a huge great room with an additional expansive bedroom and bath complete the indoor living areas. Access the sparkling in-ground pool and backyard through the dining room sliding doors and a 2.5 car garage right off the kitchen. Plenty of room for all!

This was the first time for me using homeaway to book a house. I was certain the house would be less nice than it appears on the pictures... and was proven wrong! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Hampton (LOVED the location) - everything was super new (if we hadn't known better we would have assumed we were the first ones to ever stay there!), and we were mighty impressed with all the flat screen TVs, nice/tasteful furniture/decoration, kitchen appliances and the spotless state of the house. A lot of attention to detail was given with even every tissue and toilet paper roll nicely decorated with fan-shaped paper. Also, there is nothing we needed to bring in terms of towels, bedding, or tableware.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Loved this House!!

This house was AMAZING!! It was everything I expected it to be and was very accurate according to the photos. The house was extremely clean and decorated very nicely, with all new furniture, appliances, etc. The inground pool in the back yard was also beautiful with a large deck area. The location was great as well..minutes from East Hampton shopping and restaurants, and a short 20-25 minute drive to Montauk. The owner was also great to work with! I would absolutely refer family and friends to rent this property, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a lovely girls weekend in the East Hamptons. The house was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The owner was also very easy to work with and helpful. It would be a great house to rent for families as well. I'd highly recommend it!

Me and my friends stayed here for a weekend and had an amazing time. The house was VERY clean and beautiful. The backyard was perfect and the pool was great. The rooms were big and my bed was so comfortable. I'll def. be checking in again next year. Also, the owner was so helpful with everthing and very lenient with the time of payment. Thank you for letting us stay in this house it was awesome.
