Delightful & Convenient Vacation Home

Delightful & Convenient Vacation Home

Submitted: April 2, 2013 Stayed: February 2013
My recent 2013 stay at this historic property was delightful! The house has all the amenities of home and is open, bright, and beautiful! Loved the kitchen, dining & living rooms, each spacious and functional with plenty of windows throughout for natural light and warmth.

The location is very convenient to Newport, Covington, and Cincinnati and with transportation easily accessible by walking. The owners made sure my comfort was a priority.
A lovely home away from home to stay in when visiting the northern Kentucky/ Cincinnati area.

Home for the Holidays!

Submitted: December 30, 2012 Stayed: November 2012
We rented this home for two months to spend the Holidays with family in Cincinnati. It was perfect! The owners even brought over Christmas decorations to help make the house festive for the holidays. Location is great, close to downtown attractions and local restaurants/ shopping. We loved walking to the Bellevue Bistro for breakfast. We felt right at home from the first night. The house was clean, well maintained and well equipped. Owners were great. We highly recommend this listing!

This house was an extremely pleasant surpise. It was very spacious and nicely renovated making it a very comfortable place to stay. It was very close to downtown and all our destinations were a short cab away. We thouroughly enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay again next time we are in Cincinnati.
Owner's Response: Thank you for such a nice review. We try hard to make our guest comfortable and your kind words are truly appreciated.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We rented this property for guests who were attending our wedding back in September. The guests were visiting Cincinnati for the first time from England, and this property was in the perfect location to allow them to explore the city. It's located minutes from downtown Cincinnati and in walking distance to Newport on the Levee. There is also a Southbank Shuttle stop very close which allowed our guests to travel to neighboring Covington and travel into the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Dan and Jane were so accommodating in so many ways and responding very quickly to our needs. They were very thoughtful and even sent us well wishes for our wedding. The house is absolutely stunning; it's very comfortable and spacious. We had a large group staying there and everyone had their own bed to sleep in and commented on nice it was to have privacy and the comforts of home while they were away. We had never thought about renting a home before, but after such a wonderful experience; it will be our first option when visiting other cities. We looked throughout this website and other sites to find a property that would suit our guests needs. None of our guests were able to drive in this country, so it had to be close to local attractions. This is the perfect property to rent for those reasons. We highly recommend the house, and have nothing but positive things to say about the home and working with Dan and Jane.

This house had all the comforts of home-great kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We even grilled out two nights. The location was great with easy access to downtown and the major freeways. It was clean and well maintained. Even though our hosts were out of town when we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going well. If was our first time to the Cincy/Bellvue area but hopefully we'll be back again! Thanks for the great vacation. Bonnie and Mark
