The building was built in 2006 and includes a large, beachside pool, spa and sun deck, a one of a kind children's wading pool with fountains and spa, a tiki bar, fitness center and a cafe. Walk for miles on the sugar sands of Treasure Island Beach or hop on the beach trolley and check out the next beach!

We had a great time staying at Sunset Vista's. We had our 2 boys with (age 5 & 10), along with my in-laws and all 6 of us had a great time. The condo was spacious enough for all 6 of us. The pool & beach are fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Treasure Island for another vacation. Lot of fun activities in the area as well.

Awesome property!

My family stayed in this double unit and LOVED IT. I can't say enough good things about it, we had no issues, whatsoever! It was so roomy, and the master suite is beyond belief. I will save the info for this unit for future Florida trips. While the Tiki bar wasn't quite as big as it looked in the photos, it was still a nice little spot. Loved being able to have cocktails (expensive ones, haha), while lounging by the pool. At what a perfect property if you have little kids! With the kids pool and grassy areas for them to play. We'll consider bringing our adult kids and their children with us next time! LOVE LOVE LOVE. That pretty much sums it up.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
