Brighton Place is a delightful three/four bedroom 2 ½ bathroom, double storey townhouse. It is ideally positioned in gorgeous Whyte St within a short stroll of two nearby parks, Middle Brighton Station and the beach. Close to vibrant Church Street which has excellent upmarket cafes and boutique stores.

Upstairs comprises huge sun filled master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with double vanities and built-in-robes. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed. Both also have built in robes and share a stylish central bathroom with spa and separate shower. If a fourth bedroom is required, downstairs there is a study with a single bed. Downstairs you will enjoy the free flowing floor plan with its polished boards, large living room and kitchen with separate meals area to seat 6 comfortably.
