LUXURY OCEANFRONT CONDO - SPECIAL RATES FOR AVAILABLE RENTAL

We usually vacation in Ocean City each summer and we explore various condominiums to see which we might want to reserve again. Though we have stayed in several pleasant places, Gateway 215 is the first unit that we definitely want to book again.
Jocelyn Newcomb was attentive and gracious from the time we inquired about the property through our return trip home. She provided her cell and home phone numbers and encouraged us to call if we needed anything.
Each room of the condo was tastefully decorated and modern. The master bath was a haven and the kitchen was well-stocked. A binder held books to all the appliances and the heating/cooling system, as well as suggestions on local eateries and attractions. The condo came with a separate storage unit (within the building) which had beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a boogie board.
The balcony had comfortable seating and a wonderful side view of the beach and nice view of the bayside. An added bonus was the adjoining property which often featured live music, which was enjoyable when sitting outside.
The Gateway itself was clean, well-maintained and had a beautiful lobby. The building and parking garage had strong security. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a game room.
All in all, we would recommend Gateway 215 to anyone looking for a condo that is suitable for family beach fun or a romantic, relaxing getaway.

We recently stayed at this condo in OC. We have visited Ocean City several times and choose to stay in "higher" end accomodations. When looking this year we saw the pictures for this condo and were very impresssed. After spending the week, it did not dissappoint. The accomodations were outstanding. The condo was beautiful. It was exttremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beach stuff in the storage locker was a huge convenience. In addition, we dealt directly with the owners who were great. We had direct contact info and email for when we had questions and they responded immediatly. The location was great being in the middle of everything with Seacrets right across the street (highly recommend!!) We loved everything about it. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Words can’t describe how beautiful this condo is. As soon as we stepped foot in the door we felt right at home. Not only is the décor absolutely beautiful but the condo layout is perfect. It has a beautiful open floor plan and fantastic views of the ocean and the bay. We were on the balcony every morning for coffee and every evening for wine and cheese. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The condo is located near the walkway to the garage which was very convenient. A short elevator ride and you are at the pool or beach! We usually spent the morning at the pool and the afternoons on the beach. The condo is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Dumsers (GREAT ice cream) and Seacrets(great dinner and live music) are right across the street. We walked over several times during our stay.
Our group consisted of 3 adults and 2 teens(17 and 18). The teens loved taking the bus to the Boardwalk and exploring. The adults loved being so close to the beach. I only wish we could have stayed another week! The condo was PERFECT and we were sad to leave. Location was perfect, condo was super clean and beautifully decorated and the owner was lovely to deal with.

This was our first time in Ocean City, MD and we absolutely loved it. The entire family had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Jocelyn for allowing us to stay in your fabulous condo!
