The property affectionately referred to as Slattum's Landing is located on a dead end road providing ample privacy and parking with breathtaking water views, two docks with room for boats, wave-runners and kayaks with a private swimming area, beautiful landscaping, plenty of sun and shade with beautiful westerly views that provide picturesque sunsets.

This fully furnished, open concept home set back only 40 feet from the shores edge, offers all the modern day comfort and conveniences, such as, home sound system with in ceiling speakers with audio controls, air conditioning, large living/dining room with cathedral ceilings, gas fire place and water views, 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen with large island and pantry, a finished basement with walk out to full deck facing lake. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

Lake Horace is perfect for motor and personal watercraft and stocked annually for excellent fishing. Outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with beautiful landscaping, outdoor lighting, access to large decks, private swimming area, gas BBQ, gazebo, and outdoor audio speakers. Property manager available 24 hours a day.

Access to boat launch and public beach available at Chase Park (Lake Horace) for a nominal fee - paid to Town of Weare. Area attractions include Pat's Peak Ski Resort, Nana's Ice Cream Stand, Colburn's North Country Convenience Store, Dunkin Donuts, Sully's Superette, and Weare Town Grill. Great location for day trips to Lake Winnipesaukee, White Mountains of New Hampshire, Tilton Factory Outlets, Story Land and Santa's Village, and the NH seacoast.

About Tony

As a life long resident of Weare and Lake Horace, I built the house in 2003. Due to my professional career taking me out of state, I have decided to rent my home in the hopes that you will enjoy this home and lake as much as I do and create your own vacation memories.

Weare NH is located within 30 min of Concord and Manchester NH and within an hour's drive to the White Mountains, Lakes Region and an hour and 15 min to Hampton Beach.

This rental is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The area is beautiful. I would highly recommend Pat's Peak (only 15 min away) for a family ski trip. Hellings Restaurant at the base of Pat's Peak is a great place for dining. The owner was very helpful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property.
