Just across the road from Steadman Pond, which is open to tenants, and named for the local craftsman who built the house.

Near Lenox (Tanglewood), Great Barrington and Stockbridge. Seven miles south of Lee (Mass Pike exit 2), midway between Tyringham and Monterey. New York is 150 miles, Boston 125 miles. Close by are Tanglewood (Boston Symphony), Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, Williamstown Theater Festival, many museums, historical sites, fine dining and other cultural spots.
