This apartment is centrally located with lots options within walking distance. Apartment was clean adequately equipped.

Dealing with Hiam was a pleasure and he was very responsive in the renting process. the area where the apartment is charming, easy to everywhere. Although the apartment was exactly as the pictures it was furnished very sparsly. The only sitting area in the living room was a futon which was not very comfortable. Eating area was a table with folding chairs. The bedroom and beds, although comfortable, reminded me of summer camp. There were no closets and the end tables were crates. The apartment was very clean but noisy. It is right over a cafe and the cafe kitchen noise was loud enough to keep us awake until it stopped at about 1 AM. One of the windows in the bedroom and the only window in the bathroom opened to a solid brick wall. Only a minuscule bar of soap was provided. No tissues or paper towels. No dinner plates were provided either, only bowls. With all the options in NY, we will be selecting another place on future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay here and really appreciated Haim's patience with us as our flight was over 3 hours late. Apartment is very nice, great location and the Puerto Rico coffee place across the street has some of the best coffee I've ever had and it's cheaper than Starbucks.

Will definitely stay here again or at one of Haim's other apartments the next time we are in Manhattan. If you're going to be spending most of your time downtown why stay in a midtown hotel when you can stay here?
