WOW! QUALITY 4 BED HOME CLOSE TO THE POOL FACILITIES ON REGAL PALMS, NEAR DISNEY

We recently took our first take a plane far away vacation.We are a family of 5 3 kids under 11 .From the first email with simon everything was so easy.I was so afraid to book on line but took a chance and could not have been more happy.From the first moment we got there it was so easy.Check in was quick the staff was very nice and helpful.The home was great very clean,bigger then i pictured.The pool was great,kids were so impressed with the water slide and the lazy river.We will be renting the home when go back.thank you Simon!

At first I was a bit hesistant about booking the room because it all just sounded too good to be true and especially with all the internet crime running around on the internet now days. What made it even more suspicious was that Simon was so quick with his responses and extremely kind and courteous making it feel more of a one on one interaction which is incredibly unusal and rare in today's service industry... I really had no choice but to question if it was real, but after doing some research online about the resort, making a few phone calls and the fact Simon uses paypal where everything is documented, I felt pretty confident in releasing my information over the internet.
Once we arrived there, checking in was a breeze and the receptionists left us with all the information we needed about the resort as well as some offsite suggestions. The house was wonderful, very spacious and was much better than any hotel in accomodating a family of 8 under one roof. The resort is located very close to all of the amusement parks, restaurants and stores. It was only an hour drive to Busch Gardens and an hour and a half to Siesta Key beach in Sarasota, FL which was absolutely a breath taking beach with its Emerald colored clear water and powder Pixie Dust-like sand.
Even after visiting all the amusement parks and beaches the fun didn't end there, the kids were just as happy to come back to the resort and float in the lazy pool, ride down waterslides and play with the other kids there. The pool area is very kid friendly as well as adult friendly. There was a DJ there every night of our stay that provided us with music and contests for kids. They also had a poolside bar for us adults wanting to relax with a Bahama Mama in our hands. We could order food from the restaurant there onsite. The resort was wonderful and better than we could ever expect especially the price. THE PRICE!!! Hands down you cannot beat the value that Regal Palms offers anywhere in Orlando or even outside of Orlando... trust me... I looked.
I know I really didn't need to provide as much information as I did, but I think Simon and Regal Palms deserve this review.
The only minor negatives we had, which I stress MINOR, were that the beds could use some softer pillows... and even though it was unexpected and great that we had a washer and dryer, it did take a long time to do laundry... instructions for the AC unit would be helpful, but besides those MINOR things everything was wonderful.

My wife and I took our four children and my mother and father in law to Orlando in August; we stayed at one of Simon's properties and I have nothing but great things to say. I was a little wary at first with Simon being overseas but I was set at ease with his constant communication including a personal phone call. We arrived very late at Regal Palms and the gentleman working the counter was very helpful, took us to our townhome and continued to ask if there was anything we needed. The townhome was more than what Simon built it up to be, we were very impressed, the home was very clean and had more than plenty of room for 8 people. We are planning our vacation for June and I will be contacting Simon again very soon!!!
