Beautiful Beachy Cottage

Upon arriving at the cottage and entering for the first time, I was happily surprised that it was lovelier and more comfortable than even the pictures depicted. The owner obviously has a gift for crafting a home that is cozy and modern at the same time. It was sparkling clean and equipped with everything I needed to settle in for my vacation stay without having to search for things or supplement by buying or bringing things in from outside. The washer/dryer, dishwasher, and other kitchen fixtures and appliances were all in top working order. I found myself in the kitchen more than I do at home because of its appealing design and ease of use. The a/c was definitely a plus during the heat spell; relaxing inside was made more pleasant with the ipod dock and accommodating furniture. My sleepover guests were also enchanted; we co-existed peacefully with privacy for all and the cottage felt more spacious than the square footage would suggest. We made good use of the backyard -- grilling, eating outside, and relaxing in the hammock. The location is wonderful; close to all the Hamptons towns while maintaining its own low-key beachy identity which was always a pleasure to come home to. The owner was available and helpful when needed which was appreciated.
