Cozy, exclusive, charming and private. With its water front location and the breath taking views, Casa Guava is the type of place that quickly evolves into your home in paradise. Its all about the views, the breeze, the silence, sharing with your group, a refreshing dip in the plunge pool, star gazing on the deck...... all in the privacy of a 5 acre lot. Take the kayaks to the dock below, or drive 7 minutes to the beautiful Zoni Beach. Bring your ipod and spread the music to the kitchen , terrace or pool gazebo.

This is not a ' rental business unit' but the home of the Sala Family, a place where taste, simple life, creativity, silence and music all come together.

There are restaurants in town with excellent food, Zacos Tacos for mexican, El Eden with the best home made dessert you will ever taste, Bahia Marina with great lobster and fresh fish, Club Seaborn with nouvelle cuisine, Susie's with the local flavor, Mamacitas also with local flavor, the must have 'Bushwacker' drink and live music on Saturday.

Flamenco Beach, considered the #2 top beach in the world by Travel Magazine.

Also take a water taxi and explore Culebrita, local boaters favorite...or go snorkling in Carlos Rosarios beach or Tamarindo Bay. Go scuba diving and explore the sorroundings of Culebra deep blue ocean.

But if you are in the house lying down in the hammock reading a good book, I sincerely doubt you will ever want to leave.

Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Culebra, Puerto Rico

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rates: MAIN HOUSE
    Up to 6 people. $650.00 per night. $4,000.00 per week
    Up to 8 people. $ 700.00 per night. $4,600.00 per week
    Up to 10 people $ 750.00 per night. $ 4,750.00 per week

    With extra apartment
    Up to 3 people. $200 per night
    Up to 6 people. $300 per night

    Minimum 3 nights stay
  • $100 per night surcharge on holiday weekends (Labor day, Columbus Day, etc...)
    Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, New Years, Easter will have a $200 per day surcharge and a 4 night minimum.
    There is a damage control deposit of $300 returned to customer after house inspection
    Water charges may apply if excessive water is consumed. This should not be a problem for those who understand and value the use of resources in an island environment. Water supply comes from the rainfall.
