You will feel the stress of the day leave your body once you walk in the front door of our Nubble Point cottage. Inside you will find warm comfortable furnishings that invite you to relax after a fun day at the beach or shopping. A Vermont Castings gas stove will take the chill off cool mornings and the enclosed front porch will invite you to enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet. On days where the weather is uncooperative or you choose to enjoy a relaxing day at home, video games and movies can be played on multiple television units throughout the house. Restful sleep on comfortable mattresses and the cooling effects of multiple air conditioning units will keep you rested and ready for an exciting vacation.
Take afternoon drinks or dinner outside on either of the two stone paver patios, where the kids can enjoy rinsing off beach sand in the outside shower. Enjoy visiting the famous Nubble Lighthouse and Brown's Ice Cream, both a short five minute walk from the house. If you choose to walk to the sandy beaches less that a mile away, a Nantucket beach cart is available for your convenience. Forget your beach chairs? No worries. Boogie boards, sand chairs and other beach toys are available for use during your stay. Whatever your pleasure, you are in close proximity to some of the best restaurants and shopping in New England. Maps and local favorites will be available if you need help in finding that special place to dine or visit. We hope you will visit us on the beautiful coast of Maine!
