Beautiful. Enchanting. Charming: This home is impeccably decorated while at the same time is inviting and comfortable. It’s everything promised in the description by the owner and much more. From the moment you walk up the front stairs to the porch, you will notice amazing attention to detail throughout the home. A delightful door knocker is just the start. You may just want to settle in on one of the two comfortable rockers on the porch, but enter the home and you will see beautifully coordinated colors in each room, from the furniture and pillows, to the wonderful paintings on the walls, to the ceramic planter that the plant is in. The kitchen is huge and stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare your own meals. Throughout our stay, we kept noticing little artistic details—the fish knobs on the kitchen cabinets that coordinate with the fish-back chairs in the living room; the rooster, fluffy chicken, and little chicks in the alcove above the refrigerator; the colored twisted pasta in the canister on the kitchen counter; the intriguing antique photos in the upper hallway; the curved banister and the brightly colored runner on the stairs; the uniquely weathered chest of drawers in the blue bedroom; and much more. High ceilings, ceiling to floor windows in the living room, an arched entryway between the living room and dining room, and the beautiful flowers in planters on the porch and just outside the kitchen window add to this home’s charm. The house is spotless—not a hint of dust anywhere. And did I mention the extremely comfortable beds? The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but is only a couple of blocks walking distance from the main business area of Skaneateles where there are lots of restaurants and cute shops. We loved the Skaneateles Bakery right down the street and Joelle’s French Bistro just outside of town, and also enjoyed the boat tour on the Judge and the polo match. And the icing on the cake is that the owner is very pleasant to deal with.

Owner's Response: Elaine & Philip,
Thank you so much for your beautiful review of 60 Jordan!!! It was a pleasure to have you stay. I am so pleased you enjoyed the house and all of it's details as well as luxuries it offers. The proximity of 60 Jordan to the village is also a huge benefit for those who stay as you suggested as you can park your car and walk to anything you need. It truly is a very special property and we are proud to be able to share it with those that visit us here in Skaneateles.
Thank you again,
Katie
