Sugarloaf rental
This house is great and the surrounding area was as well. The house had all we needed.
Unfortunately, we can't stay here again, at least not until the kids are MUCH older. The house is not ski in ski out. For some reason we thought it was, so the parents with smallest kids were pretty isolated as far as skiing goes. It was not an option. I think we thought it was advertised as ski in ski out which is one reason we rented it. You have to take the car to get to the mountain.
The only other reason I would not give it five stars: The consensus was that if we are paying that much for a weekend rental, the rental should be for 48 hours. Check out was at 11am on Sunday. It should be 4pm Friday, to 4pm on Sunday. This also made it hard to ski, and made the weekend feel cut short.
Needless to say, if you have young kids, and want to ski, and want to stay at this house, you will have to find a sitter or some other option. If you want to have some people stay in house on Sunday while others ski, that's not an option because of check out time.
If you are a family with older kids, or no kids, or just a group of friends, this place is great! the owner is responsive and helpful.
