Unit 204 – Ready, Set, Relax – is a newly decorated studio/efficiency unit on the 2nd floor that provides the comforts of home with luxurious accommodations. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker and much more, offering guests the option of eating meals in at the breakfast bar or on our private balcony. Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. From up-scale restaurants to casual eateries, there is no shortage of fabulous food within minutes of Seacrest Beach. Ready, Set, Relax offers wi-fi for our guests as well as a top of the line 40” LCD TV if you want to just kick back and relax. The Inn has a shared washer and dryer facility for your convenience.
Rental bikes are available (some can even be delivered to the Inn) for our guests to explore Rosemary Beach to the east and as far west as Grayton Beach, with the approximately 10-mile biking trails winding through a scenic tour of 30A’s exceptional charm and simplicity. Golf options include championship courses in Destin, a PGA Qualifying School course and public courses in Panama City and Santa Rosa.
There is convenient private beach access within a short walk. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach or purchased locally.
Shoppers will not be disappointed with the wide range of options, from national retailers to cozy boutiques. Restaurants, entertainment, or just quiet relaxation on the white sandy beaches enjoying the breathtaking hues of the Gulf…there’s something for everyone at Seacrest Beach…come explore for yourself!

Seacrest Beach is beautifully situated between the beaches of Rosemary and Alys and these communities offer our guests fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and private beach access in addition to seasonal festivities. With our Getaway Guide, guests can be assured that virtually any information is right at their fingertips.
This property was perfect for our couple of days away. We love this area and this location was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was just right for us and the kitchenette allowed us to have coffee, simple snacks, etc because of the refrigerator and microwave . The property was clean and well maintained. Loved the keyless entry. Cable and Internet also met our needs and the price was perfect. We will request this location again in the future
This unit had just the right amount of space and amenities for two people. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchenette was well stocked. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, packed a lunch for the beach, and explored 30A for dinner. The unit is just a short 5-10 min walk to the beach and offers a view of the gulf. Our host was very responsive to our reservation request. We had a great time!
The room was very nice and clean. The noise from the room above was very loud and headboard and bed was noisy. These are small things but thought they would help make your place better.
The room was quite cozy and SUPER clean. The pool was always open, which was great for a night swim after a day at the beach. It's within walking distance of some fantastic dining spots in Rosemary Beach, and a relatively short drive to Watercolor and Seacrest for some more great dining and some shopping.
The only things that kept it from being perfect was that the bed squeaked HORRIBLY, getting on or off the bed. The other is the beach is on the fringes of being too far to walk, if you plan on bringing more than just a towel. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc can be really cumbersome, although there is a free (add tip) shuttle that is fairly easy to arrange.
Lastly, there is no cooking surface in the unit, so be prepared for some high price dining, or some cold, or microwave meals, if you want to cut costs. We brought cereals and fruits for breakfast and sandwich supplies and snacks to take with us in a cooler so we could spend more time on the beach.
I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am quite planning on it. :)
We stayed 3 nights and had a lovely time. The condo is very well located to walk or bike to Rosemary and Aly's Beach. It's very tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Perfect size for two adults who wanted to spend time outside.
The reason that I say this room is more than expected, is because the price is so affordable, but the unit is immaculate. It was extremely clean, and well stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, face towels, body towels, dish washing detergent, dish towels, etc.). That's not typical. My wife is hard to please when it comes to accommodations, but she was so happy she almost started crying. Don't pass this place up. It is a gem in such a nice area. You can't beat it.
