This beautiful 1 bedroom property in the heart of Wicker Park/ Bucktown's trendy night life district is located off the main drag on a quiet tree lined street. The unit has many amenities such as in unit laundry, dishwasher, private entrance and outdoor space with a gas grill. We are located just 2 blocks from the Damen Blue line stop on the line from O'Hare. Wicker Park/ Bucktown have all the restaurants, bars and nightlife you will need even if you are staying for a month.
Since you want to be in this area anyway, why would you pay double for a downtown hotel that has none of the amenities that this property offers. Our clients are always pleased with the neighborhood, the unit and the service we provide. Come stay with us, I'm sure you will be happy you did!

Steve purchased this condo in 2007
I fell in love with this property when I listed it for sale for a client. At the time I was trying to find a building to house a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast never materialized, but I like to keep the dream alive with this vacation rental unit
5 minute walk to the Blue line station, Dozens of restaurants, bars, clubs, theatres etc.
My husband and I spent a week in Chicago in June and just loved our stay. We come to Chicago every summer, as my husband lived here in teh late 70's, and this was our favorite trip yet. We usually stay in a hotel downtown, but we just loved being part of the city and being in such a great area. We ate at 4 or 5 different fantastic restaurants and walked to each one of them. One was better than the next. Steve, the owner was very attentive and helped us out immediately when we couldn't figure out the internet conection. It was so nice to have a full kitchen where we would eat before exploring the city. I highly recommend staying here, you will very pleased you did.
Stayed here with two grad school girlfriends. It's small, but the price is right. Lots to do within walking distance. Easy parking. 5 minute walk to subway. Quiet. It was clean. A deep cleaning should be done but we were not disappointed. We had a slight plumbing problem, and it was taken care of with no fuss. Would recommend to friends!
Convenient to the shopping and restaurants of Wicker Park and very easy to get downtown from Division Stop on the El. Easy walk to the Jewel grocery and Walgreens.
Apartment could use some updating and a detailed cleaning. Outside patio with charcoal grill needs to be cleaned up. Steve was responsive to our requests and even offered to have the cleaning service return while we were there.
Wicker Park/buck town is a trendy and youthful neighborhood that is about 10 out of the city on the blue line. No car is necessary since using public transportation works like a charm. The apt is on a tree lined street with a 10 min walk to the train. It has all the essentials needed for your stay in Chicago.
I stayed here while I was helping my sister the week before her wedding in Chicago. It was the perfect size with the perfect kitchen, and in the best neighborhood in Chicago (Wicker Park). Parking was easy, and it was also close to public transportation. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Chicago, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I went to Chicago with my wife to spend our vacation and we stayed in Steve's apartment for a week.
The apartment is perfectly clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and it has a huge closet, which my wife did really love!
On top of it, it's so conveniently located. You're within walking distance to the CTA Blue Line (24 h, straight to the airport and Downtown) and several bus lines, but also a large Jewel Osco and Milwaukee Ave, one of the busiest streets in the city, where you can find bars, restaurants and any shop you need.
Steve was really helpful, he recommended us lots of places to go and visit (he speaks spanish!), so we had a very nice surprise with the Wicker Park area, lovely neighborhood!
We had a great time in Chicago, the city is wonderful! And Steve's apartment helped to make it perfect. We'll definitely come back as soon as we have a chance!
I was really impressed with this little apartment located in one of the nicest neighborhoods I have ever visited when we came in 2012. We loved it then, and made sure to book it for our return trip. The apartment was sparkling clean - despite what I read on some of the reviews. I Guess the owner (Steve) must have gotten the message. He also responded quickly to all of our messages and was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. The apartment wasn't huge, but bigger than any hotel room in Chicago and we comfortably slept Me, my husband and her sister - who was surprisingly impressed with the pull out couch. I highly recommend this property. There is so much to do in the Wicker Park/ Bucktown neighborhood that I would plan an extra day or two just to check it out!!
