Wonderful family home situated on the desirable Clear Lake in Indiana. Spacious front deck with patio furniture. Fabulous views of Clear Lake from living area and bedrooms. The lakefront has a concrete seawall and pier. Enjoy the light breeze in the shade of a beautiful mature tree or sun yourself on the dock while watching the kids play in the sand bottom. Clear Lake is a spring-fed lake with a depth of over 100 ft. which makes it ideal for boating, skiing, swimming and fishing.

Easy access to the lake from this 2 story, 2,400 sq. ft. home with no hillside to manipulate. Living space includes 4 large bedroom, living room, TV room, kitchen and dining. Dining table seats 10 and breakfast bar seats 3. Central air conditioning. Plenty of parking for cars and trailer. Nice area for the kids to play ball. Hard sand bottom and with lots of shallow area for young children.

Golf Courses and shopping nearby. Rental is Saturday to Saturday.

About The Owner

We have been coming to Clear Lake since we were 4 years old. We have owned property on this beautiful lake for 27 years. Our children and their children believe it is the best vacation spot for swimming, skiing, boating and fishing.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2001

Because it is lakefront, you can watch the kids as they swim, water ski or boat right from your cottage or front yard.

This is a beautiful cottage! The pictures depict the cottage very well. My family truly enjoyed our stay. My son Breckin enjoyed the water and being able to walk right down to the water without having to manuever down a large slope or steps. The bedrooms were very spacious and each one was unique :) The cottage was clean and very well kept. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who wants to enjoy Clearlake, has a family with little ones and just wants a relaxing vacation. The neighbors were also very helpful and friendly. It was an all around wonderful experience. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful cottage and we hope to rent again in the future!
