Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this private & quiet small complex just 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. This 1000 square foot waterfront condo is on the inter-coastal waterway with views of the water and the many surrounding mangroves. It is just steps to the beach, or you can relax and soak up the sunshine at the condo pool directly on the inter coastal. The most difficult decision will be whether to watch the dolphins jumping and the beautiful sunsets from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico or to watch the many jumping fish, boats, and wildlife in the inter-coastal waterway.

Have fun cooking in this newly updated gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops including a large serving bar and dining room table. We have everything you need to make a gourmet meal if you tire of the many nearby restaurants, including the world famous Salt Rock Grill and local favorites Crabby Bill's (the original), The Pub, and The Friendly Tavern with karaoke every night.

The great room provides plenty of space with new hardwood floors and a day bed that can easily sleep two. Wall to wall glass doors lead to a covered patio perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and relaxing. There are many games, movies, toys for the kids, and a pack and play. Two large bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms with a new stackable washer & dryer in separate laundry room. Parking is underneath the unit and can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Many attractions are within walking distance including restaurants, putt-putt golf, and shops. Clearwater, John's Pass, St. Pete Beach, and Tampa are also close by. So remember, LIFE'S a BEACH so COME VISIT OURS!

Grew up visiting the Indian Shores/Rocks beaches. My family has owned houses and condos here for over 50 years and I could not think of a more relaxing place to visit. Gorgeous beach that is never crowded with many things to do and places to see nearby.

Why Damien Burdick chose Indian Shores

We have owned our condo in 1999 and we have loved it ever since. With access to the beach directly across the street and being on the intercoastal waterway we get the best of both worlds. The complex itself is very small so it is always quiet and stress-free. I recommend opening the windows and sliding glass doors to capture a spectacular sea breeze that blows through the entire condo.

What makes this condo unique

Enjoy the peace and quiet of our condo and our new kitchen and hardwood floors. Bring the entire family, condo is equipped with many games and movies for the youngest children, including a pack and play and a Sponge Bob table. There is plenty of room as the condo can easily sleep 6, not including the two couches in the unit as well. Patio has wonderful view of the intercoastal waterway and there is always a nice sea breeze that blows. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars, and putt-putt golf. Beach access directly across the street and intercoastal access on the property through the private pool situated on the intercoastal waterway.

Spacious condo. Great location. You can walk or bike to several restaurants and grocery shopping is a short drive away. The beach is right across the street and is beautiful. The condo is a lower one so when people are above it is quite noisy. The pool area is sheltered and pleasant but the water is not heated. It is right by the Intercoastal but shrubbery pretty well obstructs the view. Brigitte

Spacious and Nice Condo

Really nice condo that could be considered excellent. Very convenient area to go anywhere in Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater area. Owner is very accommodating and condo is filled with tons of furniture with plenty of storage and room. Two large bedrooms with two large bathrooms made it great along with spacious living area.

Had a great month at the condo. It has everything you could ask for and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Property was clean and in good condition with all the appliances and equipment as detailed in the listing. There were various items of beach equipment available (chairs, toys coolers and a cast net for catching bait for fishing on either the beach or intercoastal). Any questions we had related to the rental property were answered quickly by email.
Mickey Quinn's Pub for a bite to eat or a beer was a 2 minute walk away and large supermarkets were within a 10 minute drive. Shopping centres were an easy drive away and a 40 minute drive would take you to Ellenton Prime Outlets. Baseball at Tropicana Field is also easily accessible.
Would definitely recommend this property and would seriously consider renting it again.

Stayed at this condo May 5th, 2012. Everything was as advertised...and more. Fully stocked kitchen
(they even had a wine corkscrew). Extremely comfortable- especially the beds. I have recommended this condo to friends and plan to stay there again. You will be VERY happy that you chose this condo. I have stayed in condos all over Florida; this one is the best yet! Highly recommend it. Enjoy.
