The 3-bedroom fully-renovated Tuscan farmhouse and 2-bedroom Terrace House share an elegant pool, terraced gardens and spectacular views from every terrace and window. A tiny medieval village is behind the houses; in front, six acres of olive groves descend into the Brancoli valley. Private and quiet.

Inside, antique furnishings and terracotta tiles, original chestnut beams, fully modern bathrooms and marble-tiled kitchens retain Tuscan charm. Queen-sized, comfortable new beds. Each house has its own kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, outdoor dining terrace. English-speaking housekeeper comes every weekday and will help you with sight-seeing and reservations.

Beyond Expectations

Our family group included myself, daughter, son-in law, 2 teenagers and my brother-in-law and his wife. Campitino was well beyond our expectations which were high based on the pictures and reviews. Almost a year later, we are still talking about how much we enjoyed our stayand relooking at our photos. Paola was available as needed to provide tourist tips, prepare a meal or 2 if requested and to keep the Villa maintenance free for us. The views, the gardens, the pool, the quaint village with an excellent reasonably priced restaurant a short walk from the Villa all added up to a memory we will always cherish. This location is a can't miss!

Incredible!!!

Based on the photos we had high expectations for Campitino but were completely blown away when we actually arrived!! Going up the driveway is a bit intimidating but oh so worth it when you arrive at the top!The setting is incredible overlooking the valley of Lucca, the terrace a spectacular place to enjoy it. Both houses were well appointed for cooking which we did on two occasions. We had dinner on the terrace both nights with a full moon providing illumination, it doesn't get much better than that! They are also beautifully decorated with any amenity you might need provided. Paola was a huge help in organizing a tour of a local winery and answering any questions we had. Thank you for letting us experience and enjoy your home!!

I've rented 4 or 5 different houses in Italy. None of them could compare to Campitino. It was more than comfortable and clean. They had thought ahead and everything we needed was close at hand.

How and where do I begin to tell you how lovely and impressive Campitino is? I walked around with the “before” pictures and studied each detail of the restoration. How creative! How seamless! We truly felt at home. We ate in several of the restaurants and took several of the walks you recommended. The information you have put together is so thorough and helpful. We love the peace and quiet! We love walking through the nearby villages!
