Great location

We were a group of 4 and stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. We thought it was perfect for a small group, it´s got everything you need, it's clean and the location is great. Lots of cool restaurants, bars and shops around the corner, and it's walking distance to a lot of attractions and Soho is really close. The owner, Eva, is so nice and helpful. She answered all our emails quickly and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. There's a good chance we'll be back and we'll definitely recommend the place to our friends. Thank you Eva!

We just came back from our stay at NYC - and had a wonderful time! We were a mixed group of 5 adults and the appartment was absolutely perfect! More than enough room for all, cosy and comfy place and spotless clean. The location is amazing, walking distance from great bars and resturants, and easily accessable to all major tourist attractions. Only a short taxi ride to Brooklyn and all it has to offer.

Eva is a wonderful hostess; friendy andextremely helpful with pointing out things to see and do locally, and with tips to getting around. Maps and guidebooks were also laid out for tenants to use during their stay. The appartment has everything you need, and we were all thrilled with it.

I can't wait to return to NYC, and will absolutely be booking this appartment again; it's absolutely stellar. The appartment is suitable for both groups and families alike, and located on a quiet street, with a grocery store just on the corner. Brilliant - thank you Eva!

cool place in a cool neighborhood

Stayed at the place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. Everything is really clean. The bedrooms and the living room/ kitchen area are really cozy and comfy. The apartment is quiet and you really have your privacy.
The room had an air conditioner which was also really good, because although it was April it was really hot and free internet access. ( i think i also saw a internet café somewhere close, in case you dont have a laptop)
The Lower East Side is a pretty cool neighbourhood with a lot of cafés, bars and restaurants, but the street is definitely quiet at night. It is close to Chinatown and the East Village and the subway is right around the corner. And I found out that the prices ( for food, drinks and shopping) are cheaper than in midtown or Time Square area.

The woman ( Eva), who is the owner, was really helpful and friendly and she gave me her phone number in case I needed something.
I would definitely recommend the place for everybody. There are double rooms for couples and I would also come back with friends.
