Vacation Not As Good As It Could Have Been

Interesting historical building. Description of property not correct. Balcony none, huge second floor deck none, pillow top matress kept sliding off bed, hole in ceiling of second bedroom, kitchen counter and dishes not clean, oven very dirty, rusty pans, coffee maching would come on but not brew. We have stayed in several VRBO rentals in several states, always a good experience until now. Improvements and this could be a nice place to say.
Owner's Response: The deck is accessed thru the back door of the apartment, I guess they didnt open the door, too bad as they would have enjoyed the deck. The ceiling in the seond bedroom has a small spot where water dripped from hurricane Ike, there is no hole. Wish they would have told me about the coffee pot, i would have provided a new one. A new coffee pot is now in the kitchen. The housekeeper cleaned the apartment before this guests stay, I certainly didn't see dirty countertops and the stove was shiny clean. There was one cookie sheet and one pizza pan that had seen better days, I threw them away and replaced them with new ones.
