Seagrape Cottage - 2 bedroom, 1 bath charming beach cottage on 22 private acres

Seagrape cottage is uniquely designed and restored for quintessential, casual, island life. This authentic Bahamian style cottage features a living room/ dining room combination, well equipped kitchen, lustrous native Abaco Pine interior finishes, multiple hammocks, BBQ grills, patios and decks, outside showers, ceiling fans wherever possible, iPod Dock/CD players, VHF radios, bicycles, and use of the Linton's dock on Black Sound. Our beach cottage does not have telephone or TV. At the office centrally located on the property, telephone, fax and internet access are available. Daily housekeeping service and grounds maintenance are our pleasure to provide.

Seagrape sits atop the crest of the coastal dune surrounded by native vegetation. A large screen porch offers spectacular views of the tantalizing turquoise ocean, and breathtaking Pelican Cay. Green Turtle Cay : Green Turtle Cay is a relaxed 3.5 mile long island, with a meandering coastline, deep bays and sounds, and delightful beaches, including the 3/4-mile stretch of immaculate private beachfront that accents the Linton’s Beach property. Soak up the views of neighboring islands, coral outcroppings, lavish foliage and abundant wildlife. The crystal clear waters, inner and outer reefs and lush coral gardens make for exceptional sea life habitat. Diving, fishing and shelling excursions are the active entertainment. Explore the historic village of New Plymouth, less than a mile south, by foot, bike or golf cart.

The dock in Black Sound: Our dock is prominently located on a coral outcropping at the waters edge in Black Sound. Our guests arrive there by the Green Turtle Cay Ferry. Guests may keep their rental boats at the Linton's dock for no additional charge. The quaint Conch-out Lounge, a Bahamian gazebo, with hammocks and swing chairs is a restful spot for watching the sunset and storing fishing and dive gear. Our dock will accommodate a yacht up to 70 feet with a seven foot draft.

Linton's Beach and Harbour Cottages, a private 22 acre retreat, located on the out island of Green Turtle Cay just east of the mainland of Great Abaco in the northern Bahamas. The property spans between Long Bay Beach on the Atlantic Ocean to Black Sound on the Sea of Abaco.
