Beautiful totally renovated condo in an 1830's Charleston, S.C. house. The condo is the main floor of an antebellum historic building right in the heart of the historic downtown district (between King and Meeting Streets), within walking distance of the Battery, the College of Charleston, the Market, the Aquarium and all that Charleston has to offer. It has hardwood floors, interiors created by a top interior designer, original award-winning art, Bosch appliances, washer/dryer, luxury linens and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need.
There is a gracious porch for your exclusive use and a courtyard garden for the house. The home has two bedrooms (one with a king and a second bedroom with two twins), the living room sofa also converts to a full, and so has accommodations for 5 people. A fully refundable damage deposit of $350 will also be required (but returned to you upon damage review). Parking available.
My husband and I stayed at The Ball House for 5 nights and we can't wait to go back. Beautiful home, everything you can ask for. Super location too! Great communication with owner. I can't say enough about, parking is east too!
We stayed five days and loved it every minute...kitchen is perfect as is amenities like parking and laundry room. We'd recommend it to all our friends!
This was the perfect place to stay for a fun-filled girls week in Charleston. The property is in a great location in the historic district making it easy to walk to most of the shops, restaurants, etc., has a beautiful porch, comfortable beds, and a really "glam" interior. It was beautiful! Five Star rating for sure!!
The house was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. There was plenty of room for all 5 in our party to gather in the living area and to sleep comfortably. The porch is to die for and the biggest plus is that we were easily within walking distance of some great restaurants, shopping and the historic marketplace and the carriage rides. Had we been more into fitness we could have even walked to the Battery from where we were. All together a great house and I would highly recommend to everyone!
An outstanding house, perfectly located for exploring downtown Charleston. We'd stay there again. Of the many places we've stayed in Charleston, this house offers the best combination of comfort, value and convenience. We had a great time!

Charleston activities: You can walk or ride the trolley to all that Charleston's historic district has to offer including: the visitor's center, the old market, the College of Charleston, the new library and aquarium, the Aiken-Rhett house, the harbor and all Charleston museums. Within a few blocks there are many excellent restaurants, shops and galleries. Non Smokers
