A: Cap Cana is a luxury/upscale private, gated community consisting of 30,000 acres. In Cap Cana you will find luxury condos (Aquamarina among them), boutique hotels, fine dinning , largest inland marina, Punta Espada golf course (one of the best in the Caribbean)
Q: Is condo on the beach? How far is the beach and pool
A: No, condo faces the marina (marina front), main beach and pools are only a short 3 minute walk,
Q: How far are the restaurants from unit?
A: There are 4 fine dinning restaurants within a short 5 minute walk, they include Italian, Seafood, Mediterranean and Asian. Other restaurants at the Santuary hotels (3 minutes by shuttle or car), they include Japanese, Steak house, seafood and Italian. If you wish, you can have pizza or Mexican food delivered to unit.
Q: How far is the grocery store/supermarket?
A: Tere is a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk (for basic supplies) and a larger supermarket within by car, you can also find wines and liquor at this location.
Q: How far is the airport?
A: Punta Cana airport is only a short 10 minute car ride from condo
Q: Do I need to rent a car?
A: It is highly recommended you rent a car in order to go site seeing, grocery shopping etc. The average rental for the week is approximately $275
Q: Are maid services available?
A: Yes, you can get a full time/ part time maid services during your stay in addition, she can cook local dishes upon your request. Please inquire on pricing and option. This is important and cost effective for larger groups or families with children.
Q: What is the language spoken?
A: Spanish is the local language, however some establishments may speak and understand English, for your conv, our concierge/property manager is very fluent in English
Q: How safe are the pools and beaches?
A: Beaches have very small waves and there is a children pool that is very shallow, both very safe.
Q: Is there overcrowding in beach or pools? Are there vendor trying to sell you stuff on the beach?
A: condos beach and 2 pools are large for the complex and always uncrowded, you will only se a handful of guest at these location at any given time, vendors are prohibited from selling anything at these common areas, this makes it more enjoyable and more private
Q: Are there other beaches, besides the one at condo?
A: Yes, there are 2 additional beaches in area and within a short free shuttle ride, Juanillo beach(free)and Club Caleton beach club (fee applies) .Both excellent beaches and have restaurants at beach
Q: Is there local fishing in area?
A: Yes, you can bring your fishing gear and fish at several locations within walking distance of condo, if you like going out to sea, you can charter a boat equipped with captain and fishing gear for 1/2 day or full day.
Q: How far is the golf course?
A: Punta Espada is within Cap Cana and a short free shuttle ride away.
Q: Is unit wheel chair accessible ?
A: Yes, unit is on the 1st floor and there is a wheel chair ramp, all doors are at least 36 inches and allow for wheel chair access.

A: Yes, each room is equipped with a safe for storing your valuables .
Q: Where do I pick up keys ?how is the check in process?
A: The property manager/concierge will be waiting for you on the check in date, give you a quick orientation of condo/ area, answer any questions you may have and is available for additional question/information/services you may have/need during your stay.
