Great condo - steps to the beach

We stayed during the off-season from November, 2012 through the end of April, 2013. The condo was very clean and cute when we arrived and furnished with everything you would need on vacation. It is literally steps to the ocean with a nice view from the balcony. It is also in a nice location at the north end of town. Although the condo is only a one-bedroom, it is very spacious and comfortable.

Golf getaway

The arrangements were convenient. Location excellent. Easy to communicate with owner via email. The place is as advertised. The sleeper sofa is old however & uncomfortable to sit on let alone sleep on. I would suggest bringing an air mattress. Other than that, we were fine with everything. it was clean & cozy.
Owner's Response: I am glad you had a nice golf vacation. Thank you for your input. We plan on replacing the couch along with completing a kitchen renovation.

Awesome Trip!!

My friends and I rented the condo from Aug 23-26th. We decided to rent a condo after looking into the rates at the local motels. We were almost not going to vacation in OCMD until we found this great deal!

I cannot tell you how impressed we were with this condo unit. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend our vacation in. There was just enough space for the 4 of us, and was VERY well taken care of. The location was great. Just steps from the beach, shuttle bus and restaurants. The indoor pool could have been taken care of a tad more, but that didn't stop us from going in.

I have talked about this property to all my friends and have recommended it to everyone. We are already looking forward to booking again summer of 2013!
Owner's Response: I hope you come and visit me next summer. We will be adding a new couch and performing a kitchen renovation.

I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your condo. It was so nice and clean and the location was great. My husband And I had a wonderful time. We are planning on going back to OC for the week of November 17th through November, 24th.

i recently stayed here this past thursdays through sunday with my boyfriend the condo was beautiful and everything looked exactly how it does in the picture. with everything included the price was great and the location was convient to everything. we deffinetly enjoyed our stay here and will be renting this condo again soon.
