4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 8 (max 10), first floor handicap accessible

This property is located directly on Lake George with its own dock. On site is a 9-hole golf course, sandy swimming beach, tennis court, volley ball court, 'casino' for a fun evening out with live music, dancing, snack type foods but not gambling and a snack shack. All manners of water sports are possible with boat and skido rental facility in town, or bring your own. There are two enclosed porches, two outside decks-one with a charcoal grill, a sitting area by the kitchen with a cozy gas stove, a sitting area in the dorm bedroom and one landing sitting area upstairs.

The surrounding area has many family activities available including amusement park in Lake George, a Fort, ferry boats and much more all within 60 minutes driving time or less.

Items available and what to bring with you: The house is fully furnished and include cooking utensils, glasses, flatware, dishes, pillows, blankets and bedspreads. NOT FURNISHED are sheets, pillowcases, towels and wash clothes. Some papergoods are furnished. Please bring your own laundry soap, fabric softener and bleach. The house has microwave oven, cooktop (gas) and refrigerators (2).

General Information and checkin/checkout: No Recreational Vehicle or Camper hookup is allowed, nor can these vehicles be parked at the house.

There is penty of parking or to leave your boat trailer. One spot direct by house, several spots opposit of fence line of the house next door (park within rock outline).

Garbage Collection & Recycling is done on Tuesdays & Saturdays. Plastic garbage bags should be put in garbage cans with lids sealed.

CHECKIN is: 3:00PM on Friday afternoon. If you arrive before 3:00 PM you may use the sandy beach located in the common area.

CHECKOUT is: 11:00 am on Friday morning.

WHEN YOU DEPART:

A. Wash and put away all dishes, dishwasher should be empty as well.

B. Take garbage outside to container, place by lamp post.

C. Furniture must be returned to original position if moved.

D. Close windows and doors. Turn off all lights.

Reservation and Renewal for next year Policy: RESERVATIONS: Upon receiving an inquiry, you will be contacted. If an agreement is made that the house will be rented, a rental contract will be mailed either via US Postal mail or e-mail. The return of the contract with 1/2 of the fee (deposit) is anticipated by return mail. The calendar will be marked 'tentative' until the signed contract and deposit is received. If you wish to immediately send the deposit prior to receiving the rental contract/signing/returning it, upon receipt of the deposit the week will be 'reserved' and will no longer be available.

RENEWALS for next year is initiated by us in January. We require the first half of the deposit by March and the remainder by June.

Golf: There is a nine-hole golf course on the property. The only fee charged would be for equipment. You can still golf up until the snow flies.

Skiing and wintersports activity are a plenty during the winter months. Vermont's nearest ski areas are Killington and Pico.

Southern Lake Champlain/Lake George/Saratoga Region (17) go to www.nelsap.org.ny/ny/Html to see if active, past or future ski area. Consider hiking in the area during your summer vacation to see if you'd like to come back to ski.
