Year Purchased: 2001: We have owned the property since 2001. We feel so privileged to have this property and to enjoy the solitude and beauty it encompasses. Living in NYC and having a busy life, we always look forward to coming out to 'Half Moon Cottage'. The best part is 'just being here! sitting by the water and letting it all go'. Come and see for yourself.

Why the Owner Chose Milford: Milford has a wonderful combination of being a very calm, peaceful and clean mountain village with an artistic personality. In the twenties Milford was known as 'Hollywood East'. The silent movies where shot upon the ridge where Grey Towers is located. Milford has art galleries, great architecture, the Delaware River and nature's paradise. We also have the Black Bear Festival in the fall along with the incredible changing of the foliage. Come to Milford, you will enjoy it's gems!

The Unique Benefits of this Cabin: Spending time in Milford can consist of canoeing the Delaware, croissants at the Emerson House..the best patisserie...better than Paris! My wife and I had a very relaxing time and we celebrated my retirement. The cabin was clean, bright, but the location was incredible. To be in the forest with the stream running was very special. We would love to return.

What an incredible oasis- away from the hustle and bustle of city life we all become way too familiar with. Half Moon was our little escape, with only the sound of the brook, and trees in the wind, music to our ears!
It is the perfect spot for a quick getaway, or a long break. Clean, Modern/Rustic Chic, open floor plan- perfect for a romantic vaca.

An amazing time

Wow, we had an amazing time. When we first walked in we were blown away. The cabin looks even better than the pictures. We hit the jackpot! We relaxed all week stream side. Hung out inside with the fireplace going. The jacuzzi tub was divine. I will be back.
