This elegant an outstanding luxurious home is located in one of Cape Coral’s most prestigious areas on a saltwater canal in the southwest Cape. You only need a short time to Gulf, you do not have to pass a bridge or boatlift. On more than 2800 square feet total living area you will find all amenities for a pleasant vacation. You are attended by a peach coloured paradise surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden. The private solar heated pool offers a waterfall, integrates dynamic spa jets and a table. From the pool area, you will have a beautiful view to the canal and the boat dock. The home has sliding doors to the pool area, high flat ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, breakfast nook, kitchen and den. We build and decorated the house with love and dedicated to quality: it's a real 'American Beauty'. With perfect conditions to relax, you'll have fun in the Sunshine State. The sandy beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and the local golf courses are not fare away.

Cape Coral is a peninsula west of Fort Myers and the Caloosahatchee River, connected with 3 bridges. More than 400 miles of canals form the character of the waterfront community. In some areas, the waterways guide you directly to the Gulf of Mexico. From the Peach House there is only a short way to the Gulf without bridges or boatlift. This home has sailboat access. Cape Coral is one of the most secure cities of Florida. It's growing fast, but still kept its quiet and family friendly character. All mayor shopping centers are in town or in Fort Myers. You also find a great variety of restaurants and fine shopping. Cape Coral is the perfect place to reach all Florida attractions as: the Everglades, Key West, Miami, Naples, Sanibel, St. Peterburg (Dali-Museum), Orlando with Disney World, Universal Studios, Cape Canaveral (NASA Space Center) and much more. In Fort Myers you find the Winter Estates of Edison and Ford, who were attracted by the climate already in the 19th century.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental prices are: up to 2 persons per day/house 140 US$, up to 4 persons per day/house 190 US$, up to 6 persons per day/house 205 US$ plus 11 % Sales and Tourist-Tax. During Christmas and Easter time add 10 % to the prices above. Children up to ten years stay free with adults. Final cleaning of the house is 130 US$. For usage of electric power 30 USS per week are included in our prices. Local phone calls are free, for long distance and international calls you'll get an exact statement. At time of underwriting the lease agreement 15% down payment are required, rest shall be paid at time of arrival. 300 US$ security deposit have to be paid at least at time of arrival.

Notes: The Peach House is a luxurious, top of its class, elegantly decorated and furnished. It is painted outside in soft peach with matching cement barrel tile roof. We wanted to have a lot of daylight in the house, so you find large windows all with verticals or blinds for your privacy. Bedrooms are carpeted in light beige, while the rest of the house is tiled. Except of bathrooms every room has a ceiling fan. The house in large enough for a occupancy up to 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one with two twin beds, two children may use a sleeper sofa in the den. For infants and small children are offered a crib and a highchair. The entertainment center has TV, VCR, radio, cassette, CD-Player. Connected to a stereo intercom-system you can hear your music throughout the house - even on the pool deck. The house has a security system, but in our friendly neighbourhood has been no crime for many years. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but smokers may smoke on the pool deck.
