OK - With a Few Problems

When we arrived, we found that the access code had been changed. After calling and getting the new code, they changed it again later that day. No coffee pot in coffee maker, shower curtain badly mildewed, chair (IKEA) in living area broken, sliding doors filthy (and screen ripped), and coffee table (again, IKEA) peeling, bubbling and chipped. For a brand new facility, I expected a little better. Outdoor patio for bottom unit located directly against very busy sidewalk. Recommend upper unit with balcony if you want privacy. Very noisy - it sounded like two gorillas wearing clown shoes were racing around upstairs for the duration of each day we were there. Outside of that, it is a nice location, very close to the El, and many nice area restaurants and bars. Nice kitchen with utensils and washer/dryer. I would rate it 5 stars if the problems mentioned above were corrected.
