Welcome to newly upgraded condo suite at the Waikiki Banyan.(fully renovated in May 2010)

This unit is located on the 28th floor and has a great view of the Ocean and Diamond Head.

The room is bright in the morning and cooler in the afternoon. You will enjoy peace and quiet in this 600 square-foot, spacious, one-bedroom condo. There is fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a garburator. The kitchen and the bathroom have granite counter tops. The bed room has a king-size bed on New carpet. There is sliding door separating the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The living room has a pullout sofa bed and a large flat panel TV with DVD player. The bedroom has a comfortable reclining chair in front of the 2nd TV. The living room floor has brand new 20x20 porcelain tiles. The Bedroom has brand new carpet which was installed Nov 2010.

There are 2 tennis rackets, 2 putters,2 boogie boards, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 beach mats, 2 cooler bags, kids shovels and pails.

Water pressure is wonderful in this unit so you can enjoy taking shower after the activities.

There is coin operated washer and dryer down the hall.

Free covered parking and Free high-speed wireless Internet, Free Long distance call within

US and Canada for our guests!

We have been coming to the Banyan last 10 years and fell in love with this place that's when we decided to purchase this unit. Our children absolutely love using all the facilities.We welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy your stay.

Family holiday with everything you need,without having to pack it with you

We recently had a 2 week holiday in honolulu staying in this fantastic apartment,We had not stayed in apartments before,always choosing hotel rooms or resorts,but I think we are converted....This aparment had everything we needed and more for a family of 4,It was so well equipped for just about every situation,we would of loved an umbrella for the night rains though...
It is central without being too noisy and child friendly as well
We will be returning definitely the next time in waikiki.....Thanks

This was the second time we stayed at this condo and it was definitely not the last! Very clean, everything is top notch, parking is very convenient, wonderful view and from booking to checking out, everything went/was just perfect. Thank you, Rob and Sky, for your hospitality!

GREAT CONDO

2 gals from B.C. had a wonderful stay here - very clean and well kept - had everything we needed.
THE BUS on Kuhio was very handy (we took the #13 to Safeway) the bus drivers are very helpful and
will let you know when to get off. There is no shortage of shops in the hotels or on the main drag of
Kalakawa Ave. On the otherhand if you want to go to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre it has become
very HIGH END of course right next door there is Wal Mart (which has not bad prices comparable to
Costco). We loved walking the beach from one end to the other stopping in at different hotels. We
found the Reef Outrigger was a very good place to have Happy Hour and also $14.95 steak diiner
with all you a can eat salad bar (excellent).
We utlilized the pool and hot tub most of our stay and loved the fact that we could have our
breaks whenever we wanted - the elevator waits were not long - it was great that we could phone
home and had the Wi Fi.
Thank you Rob and Sky - we highly recommend your place to anyone who is thinking of going to
Waikiki and should we return we will be in touch. - Roz and Meg

A Nice Place to Stay!

This was a wonderful find for our first time in Hawaii. Close to the beach and wonderful onsite amenities. The unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 3 and 2 guests. Beware the sofa bed is on the thin side as the owner alerted us prior to our visit and the bed itself is a little softer than we are use to but it was fine for the week we were there. Place had a wonderful kitchen although we didn't cook while there. The slider could be a little easier to open but balcony overlooking recreation deck and looking out to Diamond Head was great! Beach toys, putters, and tennis rackets included made this place just right! Stay here!

our family stayed for a week in this place "It was very clean and have a beautiful view from balcony" which was located only 1 block from the beach and very close to tourist city center.
This building have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, play area and tennis court which my children had a great time.
Both bed were good size that 4 of us sleep very comfortably. This unit had so many stuff that we could easily prepare the dinner. There were lots of towels and extra sheet. It was great bonus that this place comes with free wifi , parking pass and free call to north America. we would definitely stay again.
