The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, dish/cook/glassware and utensils. Washer/Dryer is conveniently located next to the kitchen. Off the main level is an expansive lush patio with BBQ, dining for 8 and outdoor sectional with fireplace coffee table for your maximum enjoyment and relaxed dinners and entertainment on warm evenings. Upstairs is three bedrooms/baths with sumptuous beds and linens. Cable TV, DVD and sound surround throughout. Property is also available for TV/Film/Print shoots and Corporate/Special events. Each year my friends and I take a retreat, this house definitely had to be one of our favorites! The location of the house was near shopping and restaurants, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the home, the decor was beautiful, well equipped kitchen and the awesome, relaxing courtyard was very popular with us! The photos shown of this home are exactly what you get, so we were very pleased with our choice of this residence.

We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a long weekend in LA, and this residence, besides being in an amazing location, was top-notch and in fantastic shape. This is a stunning place to unwind, relax, and touch base while you're out and about, with all the amenities you would ever need. We stayed in one night and cooked, and the kitchen is stocked with great cookware, stemware and dishes (bring your own food/spices, of course!). Mindy and her husband were more than helpful, even when we arrived earlier than expected, and made sure we had a parking permit, since the garage is best if you have a small car. Wifi worked perfectly, the house was spotless, the outdoor space great for relaxing, and we felt safe, comfortable, and most of all, relaxed! All transactions and emails were quickly taken care of as well. I would highly recommend staying here, and would consider again for a long trip to LA!

We had an amazing time in this clean, modern, and stunning house in West Hollywood. The house is extremely convenient with restaurants and shopping minutes away. The street is quiet and peaceful and the house itself takes you out of the hustle and bustle of LA into your own modern yet comforting zen like retreat.

Our group of six were very comfortable and had an extremely enjoyable stay. The owners were very kind and accommodating.

We will definitely be back!

Better than staying in a hotel!

The Waring House was our respite for 2-1/2 months while our house underwent reconstruction after a main line sewage spill. James and Hillel couldn't have been more accommodating and empathetic to our situation. Our family of 4 (2 children ages 15 and 10) had been living in a hotel for 2 mos, so moving into the Waring House was a welcome relief.

Not only was the Waring immaculate and well-stocked, it was spacious and comfortable to live in. The interior decor is perfect down to the smallest details. The house exudes high quality decor, a calming, zen-like atmosphere and has wonderful modern amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked -- we cooked many meals there with ease. And the outdoor patio with built in fire pit is an extra bonus.

Not only is this the perfect getaway home, but it is located in a prime area, within walking distance to lots of great boutiques and restaurants. On Sundays, there is a marvelous Farmer's market just a few blocks away. There's also plenty of street parking and Gelson's market is minutes away.

Our stay was made even more pleasurable because of the wonderful service provided by James and Hillel. They were always there if we needed them and extremely professional and nice to deal with.

This home is a gem and we will always hold very fond memories of our time there. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic home in a great location!

Wonderful experience at the Waring residence this summer. We stayed for 30 days, the home is modern and well appointed but was still comfortable for our family traveling with a 4 year old. The location is fantastic!! Walking distance from some really good shopping in melrose, like Fred segal, Kitsons and even the new Dash Boutiqe. There are also great eating options within walking distance such as Urth cafe, sweet lady jane and ink. James made sure we had everything we needed and was always reachable! I highly recommend the Waring residence and hope to stay again on our next visit!
