About John Stapleton

John my husband and I have always loved the small town feeling that came with such beautiful beaches. With Destin being so close to Atlanta we decided if we were ever going to have a 2nd home this would be the place. When our home was being built the Builder kept the community to 10 units on a cul de sac. There is such privacy on this little road off the path that we knew we had to own in Miramar Palms. The beach and our favorite restaurant is 1250 ft from our home we ofter walk or take our golf cart. John really loves having the 2 car garage to keep our car and extra beach chairs. It truly does feel like home.

WE chose to purchase our Beach house in Destin because it is only 5 hours from our home and we can enjoy it even for a quick weekend.

What makes this house unique

The privacy of our home due to being on a street with only 10 houses is so unique. We also love that the beaches and restaurants are 1250 ft and strolling distance from our front door. The white beaches and sand dunes are my favorite sight. John enjoys all the beautiful golf courses and going deep sea fishing with his friends.

We spent two weeks in this lovely vacation home. The location is wonderful....within walking distance to the beach and a great little coffee shop. The homeowner was a pleasure to work with, and we were fortunate to have met several of the neighbors who also expressed what a great location they have.

What a great place to stay. It had all the comfort and privacy of being at home with the beach just a short walk or a quick spin on the golf cart away. This home has a fantastic master suite with a very comfortable bed. Plenty of room and plenty of quality throughout. We really appreciated having a garage to store our beach gear and bikes. The location at Miramar beach is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back to Beachdog Getaway!

Due to some personal circumstances, my family and I were unable to keep our week reservation at this beautiful property in July. As disappointed as I was about not being able to enjoy a week's vacation, John and his wife were truly wonderful to work with. The property looks immaculate, the ownership is top notch, and I will certainly be making a reservation for this home next summer. If you would like to rent a beautiful home, with a great location, and wonderful ownership, this is the place!

Whta cute place!From the moment we walked in we knew we had chosen the right place for our vacation.Master bedroom was very nice and on main floor and much nicer than expected,the location on a culdesac with no drive through traffic was excellent.Especially in such close proximity to everything.the kids room was very nicely appointed and the two car garage really worked out for all our stuff.The backyard privacy,furniture,grill out area made it all yhe better.Would highly recommend and will be back next year!Thanks for a great vacation

We throughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at this wonderfully located property.Its within walking distance to beach,convenience store,restaurants &,coffee shop. Also close to Outlet Shopping Mall.
House very comfortably furnished with full kitchen & fenced in backyard,great for pet owners.
John & Succi are very accommodating & prompt with resolving any issues that may arise.
We would definitely stay at this property again
