Condo, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

This unique property is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. This makes it great for families of all ages. Since it has handicap access to the lower bedroom it enables older relatives or loved ones who have some physical limitations to share in the vacation fun. The lower bedroom is in fact a small efficiency unit. It has a walk in closet, small refrigerator, microwave, TV and handicapped accessible shower, A full size pull out bed in the sectional as well as two twin beds (trundle).

The condo is beautifully decorated. New flooring was installed this year. Each bedroom offers ample space and full size closets. There is a large master suite with queen size bed. The other bedrooms have one queen size bed, one full size bed and four single beds. The front deck is large with two tables and seating for ten, should you care to dine outside.

There is off street parking for three cars, consisting of a two car garage and one parking space.

Why The Owner chose Wildwood

My wife and I first came to wildwood as teenagers. In those days it was the place to be. In our opinion it remains so today. We are sun, sand and beach people. We always dreamed of owning a place here and now we do. There was just something about this place that made us feel good. It still does today.

BEST FAMILY VACATION YET!!

Our family has been taking shore vacations for years, and by far, this was the best one yet. The condo is beautifully decorated and laid out. We could have our privacy when we wanted and get together very comfortably inside and outside on the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped, there's plenty of storage space, and the washer/dryer really came in handy. Parking is great, and it's close enough to walk to the beach and other conveniences (there's a Wawa within a half block, which was really nice)! Our pup, Piper, had a great time too -- plenty of places to walk for her to do "her duty." It was a real pleasure arranging our vacation with Dexter. He provided all the info we needed before we arrived at the condo, and even shipped my daughter's jewelry to her (which she left it in one of the closets). I would HIGHLY recommend this as a wonderful rental for anyone wanting to enjoy the attractions in Wildwood!

Fantastic Week

Just got back from a most enjoyable week. The condo was so spacious and clean and my grandchildren loved a independence of staying in the lower apt. This codo is close to everything, although we did not eat out frequently we were close to several restaurants. So much to do in Wildwood. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. Dex was very easy and professional to work with, you will not go wrong renting his property. The pics on the website were very accurate.

Loved our vacation

I agree with other reviewers comments that the pictures dont do the interior justice. This condo was so clean and roomy. I loved the location, the only time we needed our car was to get a few things at the grocery store, otherwise we walked everywhere. Three blocks to the boards and beach, many, many great restaurants between the condo and the boardwalk (Jersey Girl, Juan Pablos Margarita Bar). We had 5 teens between the two families and there was plenty for them to do, and the boardwalk and beach were close enough we felt comfortable letting them venture on their own. The weather was perfect, the 4th of July fireworks were beautiful. The fact that our dog was welcome made the vacation so enjoyable. I actually felt weepy leaving Saturday morning, our vacation was so enjoyable I didnt want to leave. Owner was always available by phone...garage door had been damaged before our arrival, but owner made sure he left a note on the counter for us to call him and he could explain the situation. Would definitely recommend the property to others.

Awesome Getaway!

My boyfriend, myself and my son stayed here last week and we had a great time! It was extremely well taken care of and the 3 bedrooms plus the spare downstairs apartment made this place very spacious! Deinfetly a place where a few couples could stay comfortably even with kids. It is walking distance from the boardwalk and is also directly across from wawa and in locations for great delivery as well! All in all it was very nice and we would definetly come back again!
P.S. We stayed here last summer and had a blast, so we just had to come back!

Great Place. Very clean. Pet Friendly. My dog is 17.5 years old and had a great time. Spacious enough for mult families but we stayed alone. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Lots of bars and restuarants within walking distance. Had a great time, would do again.
