Built in 2006, the Loft includes over 3,000 sq ft. of luxury living space, 3 large master suites, mine inspired architecture, and professionally decorated rooms. The first floor consists of the living room, large gourmet kitchen and dining room. The chef's gourmet kitchen boasts a bar, granite counter tops, and chef-quality stainless appliances. The appliances include a wine refrigerator, Jen-Aire six burner stove with side-by-side ovens, a KitchenAid dishwasher, a KitchenAid microwave, a KitchenAid ice maker and a large Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The dining table can seat 10 comfortably. This unit has been rented by professional chefs and celebrities during the Sundance Film Festival!

LUXURY AMENITIES!: The family room is complete with fireplace, 60 inch LCD television and a queen size sleeper sofa. Three identical master suites are separated by a few stairs, each having their own 'floor.' Each of the three master suites showcase private master bathrooms (with bathtub and separate shower stall), stacked washer/dryer combos (one in each suite), 46 inch LCD televisions and twin sleeper sofas. The unit very comfortably sleeps 12 adults.

The house features an amazing rooftop deck that is perfect for entertaining. It is complete with a large private hot tub, gas fire pit, large gas grill and wet bar. The large deck area provides ample space and seating for a large group.

Other amenities: Private 2-Car Garage; Wi-fi internet access; Two additional half baths for your convenience.

PERFECT LOCATION!: This high quality property is located in Old Town/Lower Deer Valley, just steps from Park City's Main Street. Easy walking distance to Main St as the very short walk does not require going up and down potentially icy stairs or steep inclines/declines, which is a big advantage over other accommodations claiming to be within walking distance of Main St. In addition, the exceptional free Park City bus transit system has stops mere steps from the house, providing easy access to all 3 world-class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons) as well as the Utah Olympic Park and other tourist destinations in the area.

Stayed here over the week from Christmas to New Years. It's a really nice place that's about a 7 minute walk to Main Street. The 3 bedrooms are arranged like hotel rooms each with their own bathroom, TV, sofa-bed, and even laundry machine.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
