2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, plus 1 Loft Bedroom, Sleeps 10

Special: 6 day week available 6/23-29 (Sunday to Saturday). Cost is $1495

Booking now all dates in 2013. Full weeks and weekends are available.

Monthly or longer term rentals are also available.

The condo is available for a fall, winter, or spring rental, your choice on dates.

This nearly-new villa features new furnishings and kitchen equipment, with a few strategic antiques.

Our six beds make this villa a good choice for adult groups and families. There are three separate dining areas, including the porch. The porch seats eight and is a great place to dine and enjoy the evening sunsets. All bedrooms feature cable TV. There are multiple VCRs and DVD players in the unit.

Free high speed wireless Internet access in the condo.

Beaches and Golf!: Our Non-Smoking, Non-Pet Golf Villa (condo) is beautifully decorated and provides nearly 2000 square feet of living space. The large open floor plan has a cathedral ceiling in the living room, while the loft bedroom overlooks the living room and outside areas.

Some extended families plan a ''reunion vacation'' by booking villas next door. We can help coordinate that effort. By using the covered porch, you can eat your meals outside, in the dining room, or the kitchen!

Close to the Pavilion: Our Golf Villa is an easy walk to the Pavilion (5 min.), with tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, as well as indoor and outdoor pools and a kiddie pool for the small children. Our building is the closest Golf Villa to the Pavilion. The Bear Trap Dunes Golf course clubhouse provides first class dining and pro shop facilities. The Pavilion is an Internet hot spot and also has a shared PC for Internet access. (There is free wireless internet in the condo.)

Beach Shuttles: The Bear Trap Shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to the beach during the busy summer season. Pickup is just outside our front door. Last daily pickup at the beach is 6:25 PM.

While the indoor pool is open all year, Ocean swimmers enjoy the beach and ocean water through October. The outdoor pool is open every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, then weekends in September.

Notes:
Linen service is available. Your cost is $20-$75, depending on party size. Plenty of off-street parking directly in front of the building. Winter hours for the Pool and Fitness center (in Pavilion): Sunday 8AM - 4PM, Monday-Thursday 8AM - 2 PM, and Friday 8AM - 7PM. The Indoor Pool is a 25 Meter family and lap pool. Our deck is adjacent to the screened porch. A large decorative pond is in full view from the porch and deck.

This was Our third Year at Rogers Beach House & "WE LOVE IT"!!!! His Condo is Very Clean, Spacious & Well Maintained!

The shuttle to Bethany Beach is just a few steps away & the commute takes only a few minutes! The Community at Bear Trap offers Numerous Amenities which include: indoor/Outdoor pools, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Kids Play Ground & much More!!

Roger is Wonderful & Very Accommodating! I would Highly recommend his Beach Home to others!!!

My mother and I went for a short 3 night stay at this location. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. The condo is lovely and Bear Trap Dunes is a wonderful golf community. The only thing that I can find to complain about is not being able to stay longer!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
