The Home:
The 4800 square foot home, designed by the owner along with award winning architect Kurt Lavenson AIA, offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Adirondack architectural style. Large windows throughout the house make the home bright and allow all rooms to take advantage of the spectacular views.
The heart of the home is a large central pavilion that contains the living, dining and kitchen spaces. It is supported by a massive stone column with a fire place at its base and exposed trusses that extend diagonally out to its corners.

The property boasts over half a mile of lake frontage including a large sandy beach, a 'pair of docks' spaced 50 meters apart with a lane line for swimmers, and a large boat dock that can accommodate several boats.
The property has several miles of trails through the woods for hiking and cross country skiing.

A large screen porch provides ample room for entertaining and includes a ping-pong table.
Paradox Lake: Paradox Lake is one of the jewels of the Adirondacks, known for its clean water, natural beauty and wildlife and great fishing. The 3.5 mile long lake is large enough to allow for all forms of water activities but also small enough to offer peace and tranquility.
