Come experience the serenity of the lake and feel your mind and body rest at ease. Wake up to view an incredible sunrise while enjoying a fresh cup of coffee. Or, finish off the day while sipping a cocktail on the large composite deck overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain.

We invite you to enjoy our newly constructed Executive Lakefront Home, located in Plattsburgh, NY. The home offers 110 ft of waterfront on pristine Lake Champlain. Spacious kitchen/family room area with great views of the Vermont Mountains. Our home has four bedrooms, two full baths and two half baths, nicely furnished interior, great for quiet relaxation and dining while enjoying the serenity of a lakefront home. Home is handicapped accessible with everything you need on one floor (no ramp however).

Directly behind our home is your own access to the lake or you may enjoy a private community sandy beach less than a 5 minute walk. Both offer easy access to swimming, boating (14 foot rowboat and kayaks), fishing or relaxed sunbathing. Two public boat launch sites within 5 miles from house. Golfing, bird-watching, mountains and numerous hiking trails are plentiful nearby. Snow skiing is just 1 hr away at Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid. Beautiful Ausable Chasm is 10 minutes away.

About The Owner

I grew up in this neighborhood and have such fond memories from my childhood that I decided to move back to the area three years ago. After exploring and enjoying other areas of the east for the last 12 years, I was driven back 'home' to the lake and mountains. Years later, I continue to be in awe of the beauty that surrounds this home and am grateful that my children have been blessed with the same opportunity to enjoy an amazing area full of opportunities for fun on the water and in the mountains.

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Plattsburgh

We are centrally located approximately one hour from Lake Placid, one hour from Burlington, VT via a ferry boat and one hour from Montreal, Canada. Plattsburgh is easily accessible from car, plane (with our own airport), train and bus. Sailboat rentals and lessons available from Captain White who resides in neighborhood (fee required). Property comes with 18 foot awning (remote control) offering premier shade to your outdoor experience.

What makes this house unique

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a fantastic water view and its own private bathroom with a large 6 ft tub/shower. A queen size bedroom has a breath taking water view and 1/2 bathroom across the hallway. The third bedroom is large and spacious with two twin beds and & bunkbeds with another full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is in the finished basement with a queen size bed. The kitchen overlooks the living room/great room creating a nice open floor plan. A 40 inch LCD TV is tastefully mounted over the fireplace. The back side of the house is composed of windows offering great views of the lake and relaxing sounds of the water lapping along the shoreline. Stairs to the lake offer a private boating/swimming area or you're welcome to enjoy a nice sized sandy beach a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). The basement is fully furnished and used as a playroom with lots of kid toys.

Wonderful vacation spot !!!

We went there me and 8 members of familly,. Everything was so great, the view, the fire place (brand new one ), all the kayaks and equipement. The rooms are big and bed very comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious. I recommanded this house for anyone who want peacefull vacation.

Nous sommes allés à cette maison moi et les 8 autres membres de ma famille. Tout était vraiment super, la vue est incroyable , la place pour faire un feu est fraichement rénové, les kayaks et equipements à notre disposition. Les chambre sont grandes, la vue de la chambre des maitres est extraordinaire. Les matelas sont comfortables aussi. La cuisine est gigantesque et toute équipée.
Je conseille cette maison à quiconque veut des vacances tranquille en famille.
Ha oui la propriétaire est super gentille aussi !
